for rent:  5 one bedroom, 1.5 bath apartments. 

Each apartment is decorated using particular Sims games or packs.  There is also a laundry room and small gym on the 3rd floor.  Common roof patio complete with hot-tub and pool.

Nicely landscaped grounds.  Chill on the stoop and hang with the neighbors.

No Laundry Room here- a Science station instead.
